The Mystery Of Life’s Pathway

Introduction

When we consider that there are over Eight Billion Humans on this Earth (as at November 15th 2022), we as Individuals are almost Invisible and yet each one of us will have had very different lives over the period being on this Earth. There is one certainty that affects us all in that we will be Born and we will Die. Some of us live for a very short time and some for a very long time. Some of us will live a reasonably comfortable life and some will have a really wretched life. It is said by most that this controlled by God though our different religious beliefs or in some cases non religious beliefs.

Mystery of Life

At this time in the History of Mankind we have the intelligence to ask questions. Most of Humanity take life for granted and do not ask ourselves, Who are we? What are we? Is Earth the only place in the Universe that has Humans? Did we evolve from Fish as many say we did or were we planted on this Earth by Extraterrestrials? Why are there so many forms of Humans, Black, Brown Yellow, White, Asian, African, European, Indian and so on? Why do we have so many Religions with different thoughts about what happens to us when we leave this Earth? In essence we dont know much at all and what we do know is from other Humans that give opinions based upon what they perceive to be evidence such as the ‘Theory of Evolution’.

Life’s Pathway

Our Life’s Pathway starts at conception and depending upon our parents or partners we are born into this world knowing nothing about who we are, or who we are going to be, or where we are going to exist. In other words its pot luck at the time of our Birth. As I have said in another of my articles Humans are Very Complicated but extremely Fragile therefore our Pathway of Life of Humans will vary enormously right from our Birth. We are told its ‘Fate’ (the development of events outside a person’s control, regarded as predetermined by a supernatural power) which determines our Life’s Pathway. This could be true but once again we don’t know. There are events outside our control that can change what we as Humans have planned such as the SARS and COVID 19 which affected my Life’s Pathway and the demise of my Companies. Time affects our Life’s Pathway by the Aging Process which all Humans experience some longer than others and again we dont know when time will run out for each of us.

Human Genes

One thing we do know is that our children inherit our ‘Genes’ and associated ‘DNA’ the building block of life. Once again some Humans have good Genes and others are less fortunate but what is certain is that we inherit Genes from our Parents and the many Relations before them, dating back Hundreds and maybe Thousands of years. We transfer those Genes to our Children, Grandchildren, etc, etc, that allows our Genes to survive within a living Human Being. Therefore the question is: Are Humans just a vehicle for ensuring our Genes continue living a Pathway of Life evolving all of the time? Once again we do not know the answer.

Passing Away

The term ‘Passing Away’ has been adopted as it sounds better than saying someone has Died. However it may describe better our Life’s Pathway where we are just Passing Though a period of time, ensuring that our Genes continue to live on. Again we do not know what if anything happens to us, not our physical body, but what is called our ‘Soul’, whatever that may mean, when we Pass Away.

Reincarnation

Reincarnation (the rebirth of a ‘Soul’ in another ‘Body’ ) after you Pass Away. Another Body which includes everything that is Living on this Planet not just Humans. There are many Religions or Followings, for example Buddhist that believe in Reincarnation in some form and their Actions and Thoughts earning ‘Merits’ during Life will determine what they will return as. As Life is a Mystery they may well be correct in their belief, however there many Other Theories that exist amongst others on this Earth.

Heaven and Hell

In many Religions including, Buddhist and Christianity, like me, are taught from a very early age, that you will go to ‘Heaven’ (a realm of bliss and long life for those ‘Souls’ who have performed good deeds). However, you will go to ‘Hell’ (which is a place or state in the afterlife where ‘Souls’ are punished for their Sins) that is a place of darkness, torment and suffering. Once again we dont know that these statements are true, we can only say that this a possibility.

Extraterrestrial

Thinking outside the Box, is it possible that all Human ‘Souls’ are in fact the ‘Intelligence’ that is housed in our Brains which transmitted back to the originator which may in fact be an Extraterrestrial World in the Universe that we know nothing about before we fully Pass Away.

None of the Above

Many feel that our Life’s Pathway is similar to a ‘Tree’ where we have performed our function whilst Living but after that ceases and we Pass Away like Leaves falling from the Tree. The Leaves performed their function by feeding the Tree using Photosynthesis by trapping energy from the Sun to change water and carbon dioxide into a sugar call Glucose. Once they are unable to perform this function the Leaves fall off the Tree, some of which turn to compost also feeding the Tree. Again we do not know.

We Just Don’t Know

Why is Life a Mystery its because ‘We Just Don’t Know’ what Life, Birth, Maturity and Passing Away is all about. What Humans do, is to live as best we can under the circumstances and time we have allotted to us.
